Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to your use of rvsort.com (“RV Sort”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.

Research tool, not professional advice

RV Sort is a free research and comparison tool. Nothing on the site is financial, legal, tax, insurance, towing or safety advice. Always confirm the details that matter to you with the manufacturer, the dealer and qualified professionals before you buy, finance or tow an RV.

RV specifications and floorplans

Specifications, features and floorplans are gathered from manufacturer websites, brochures and floorplan drawings for the model year shown. Manufacturers change specifications, options and equipment without notice, individual units vary, and errors can occur in their published data or in ours. Where a value is not published or cannot be confirmed, we show it as unknown rather than estimate it.

Weights, lengths, heights and capacities are not a substitute for the label on the actual unit. Before towing or loading an RV, check the manufacturer’s labels and your tow vehicle’s ratings and follow their limits. Floorplan images are shown for comparison, are not drawn to a shared scale and may include optional equipment.

Prices and dealer listings

Manufacturer prices and dealer prices are shown for research only. Dealer prices are advertised prices from a limited sample of dealer websites at the time we checked them. They may have changed, may exclude or include fees, freight, taxes and options, and the unit may already be sold. A price on RV Sort is not an offer, quote or guarantee from us or the dealer; the dealer’s final written price controls. We do not sell RVs, take deposits or arrange sales.

Payment calculator

The payment calculator gives estimates based on the numbers you enter and the default assumptions shown. It is not a loan offer or credit decision. Your actual rate, term, payment, taxes and fees depend on your lender, your credit, your state and the RV.

Third-party sites

The site links to manufacturers, dealers and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, prices, policies or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Reader discussions

If you sign in to comment, you are responsible for what you post. Follow our community guidelines: be honest and respectful, disclose dealer, manufacturer or other industry connections, and do not post personal information, spam, promotional links, unlawful content or anything that infringes someone else’s rights.

You keep ownership of your comments. By posting, you give RV Sort a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and moderate them on the site. We may approve, edit for formatting, decline or remove any comment and restrict accounts at our discretion. Reader comments are the opinions of their authors, not RV Sort, and are not verified specifications.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• use the site for any unlawful purpose;
• scrape, copy or download the catalog, prices or images in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on the site;
• attempt to break, probe or bypass security, rate limits or moderation;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection to a dealer or manufacturer;
• interfere with other readers’ use of the site.

Content and trademarks

The site’s design, text, data compilation, comparisons and software belong to RV Sort and are protected by law. You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial research and share links to it. Manufacturer names, model names, logos and floorplan drawings belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their products. Their appearance on RV Sort does not mean those companies endorse or sponsor the site.

If you believe content on the site infringes your rights, email brent@rvsort.com with the details and we will review it promptly.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RV Sort and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on the site, including purchase, financing, towing or loading decisions. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RV Sort and its operator from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from content you post or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Spokane County, Washington, unless the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
