Weight basis: Manufacturer unloaded vehicle weight. What GVWR, UVW and CCC mean
Exact2026 manufacturer model specifications. GVWR, UVW and CCC are separately published values, not calculated. Bed dimensions, sleeping capacity, appliances and shore service remain unverified. Washer/dryer prep and other optional features are not installed-equipment claims. Garage length comes from the own native label; garage lift beds/HappiJac sofas, queen sleeping and loft mats are not dedicated fixed bunks or an inferred sleeping capacity.
Can my vehicle tow this?
This RV’s published GVWR is 21,500 lb, the most it can weigh fully loaded. Fifth wheels need a pickup with a bed-mounted hitch. Pick your tow vehicle to check.
Know your exact tow rating? Enter it instead
Uses the 80% guideline: a fully loaded RV should weigh no more than 80% of your tow rating. Pin weight at full load is an estimate (20% of GVWR), not a published spec. Check your payload in detail · How this works
Will it fit? National park check
8 doesn’t fit6 restrictions or depends0 fits
This RV’s published size (42′ 2″ long, 8′ 6″ wide, 13′ 5″ tall) checked against the RV rules at 14 popular national parks.
- Doesn’t fit
8′ 6″ wide as published, and the limit is 7′ 10″ including mirrors.
- Doesn’t fit
The trailer alone is 42′ 2″ long. Vehicles and combinations are limited to 21′.
- Doesn’t fit
No vehicle towing a trailer is allowed on Moose-Wilson Road or Signal Mountain Summit Road.
- Doesn’t fit
The trailer is 42′ 2″ long. El Portal Road allows towed units up to 35′, and no campground takes trailers over 35′.
- Doesn’t fit
Vehicles with trailers aren’t allowed on Old Fall River Road.
- Doesn’t fit
13′ 5″ tall. The lowest Park Loop Road underpass is 11′ 8″.
- Doesn’t fit
The trailer alone is 42′ 2″ long. Artists Drive is limited to 25′.
- Doesn’t fit
13′ 5″ tall. Marys Rock Tunnel clears 12′ 8″, so you’d need to turn around before it.
- Restrictions
A vehicle and trailer over 22′ total counts as oversized: park in Lot 1, Lot B (30′ and under) or Lot D.
- Restrictions
Main roads are fine, but six scenic roads, including Roaring Fork and Rich Mountain Road, ban RVs and trailers of any size.
- Restrictions
The park advises against vehicles over 22′ on the Generals Highway climb and bans towing on Moro Rock Road. Use the Big Stump entrance (Highway 180).
- Restrictions
Vehicles 23′ and longer can’t park at the main viewpoints mid-April to mid-October. Use the shuttle or the Southern Scenic Drive viewpoints.
- Restrictions
No length limit, but only 42 oversize parking spaces park-wide. The park suggests leaving big rigs in town or at the visitor center.
- Depends
Campground limits (25′ to 95′) count your trailer and tow vehicle together. Add your tow vehicle’s length above to check this.
Published dimensions usually leave out mirrors, awnings and sometimes roof A/C, and many park limits include them. Rules were checked against National Park Service pages on October 27, 2026 and can change. Confirm with the park before you go. Full park rules & sources
How long can you boondock?
Estimate how many days of dry camping (no hookups) this RV’s published tanks allow for your group.
How this is estimated
Tank sizes are the manufacturer’s published capacities. Daily use is an estimate per person: sinks and dishes 1–3 gal, toilet flushing 0.5–1.5 gal, drinking and cooking 0.5–1 gal, and 2–8 gal per shower, depending on the water-use setting. Sinks and showers drain to the gray tank; toilet water plus about 0.25 gal of waste per person goes to the black tank. “Mostly park or vault toilets” counts a quarter of normal toilet use. Real use varies a lot, and tank gauges are often inaccurate, so plan to leave a margin. Battery power and propane can also limit a trip and aren’t included.
